prado internet access ~ support ~ customer service agreement

Prado will provide you with access to certain of our computer systems, through which you can access the Internet.

In return, you agree to pay for our service, and to follow the rules we have set up for the use of our service.

Additionally, you agree that you will not hold Prado responsible for anything that may result from your use of, or inability to use, our service.

Further, you agree to compensate Prado for any time and expense which are caused directly or indirectly by your violation of the rules of the service.

Prado reserves the right to discontinue service at any time by disabling the account and password pair which enable access. You will receive notification by phone or by mail.

You have the right to discontinue service at any time by giving us a signed notice directing us to terminate your service.

Termination of service does not affect your obligation to pay for services that have already been provided; nor does it reduce, eliminate, or limit an obligation created through a violation of the rules of service during the term of service.

From time to time Prado may change the service agreement, the rules for use of the service, or the price for certain services. When this happens you will receive notice of the change and will have 30 days to decide whether the change is acceptable to you. Continued use of Prado's service after the 30 days notice will indicate your acceptance of the change.

By signing below you acknowledge that you have received, read, understand, and intend to be bound by this service agreement and the attached Rules for Use of Prado's Services . You affirm that the proof of identity and age that you have attached is yours and is genuine.
